Construct stormwater flow splitter system, conveyance, pretreatment system, concrete cascade pools, distribution troughs, high flow treatment cells, landscaping, and irrigation. Stockpiling approximately 22, 000 cy of contaminated soil on site and removing approximately 73,000 cy of clean soil excavation, utility constructing approximately 1, 150 lf of storm sewer and the replacement of an existing outfall with a 36″ outfall.
