Company History:
Our Company was founded in 1951 by two men – John W. Thompson Sr., and Ernest S. Arthur Sr. In 1966 Thompson-Arthur Paving Company Inc. was acquired by Ashland Oil, Inc. and operated through Warren Brothers until 1981 when Ashland-Warren was reconstructed to the name APAC, Inc. The company was then part of APAC, Inc. until 2006 when APAC, Inc. was sold to Oldcastle Materials, Inc.
